Ines loves food and cooking (mostly baking). Her passion is turning 'regular' recipes into 'healthier' versions. When creating recipes, Ines uses ingredients like gluten free flour, coconut sugar, cacao, coconut oil. She believes that you shouldn't have to give up on taste and indulging in foods you like because of your food intolerances or dietary preferences.

What inspires you?
Other like-minded people and their commitment to living a fulfilling life. For me it's all about living the life you want to live, not about expectations. I understand that this is not easy for a few different reasons so when I see someone doing something they love, that inspires and motivates me.
What’s your philosophy when it comes to healthy living?
Balance - eat well during the week and live a little on the weekend. It's more about listening to what your body wants without necessarily binging or overindulging.
