What inspires you?
Other people inspire and motivate me; their talents, achievements and passion for life. People who make lasting contributions towards creating a better world and people who are positive, genuine, generous, open-minded and kind-hearted inspire me.
What’s your philosophy when it comes to healthy living?
Balance is the key and practice will get you there. Every person will have a different view of what balance means to them but the more you implement routines/practices to balance your own life, the more mentally and physically happy you will be. The more you practice, the easier healthy living becomes.
The one healthy treat you can’t live without?
I loveee a hot cacao made with with creamy, frothed almond mylk! Or every so often something sweeter, like a chocolate bliss ball.
How do you relax and spend your ‘me’ time?
Experimenting in the kitchen makes me so happy and calm. I also love lying in the sun or on the couch looking through a cookbook or scrolling through Pinterest, looking at the amazing photo’s and finding all sorts of inspiration.
Where’s your ideal coffee date?
Ooo that’s a toughy… Ora in Manly has to be my #1! But I also love Ruby lane in Manly, COOH in Curl Curl or if I want to go for a bit of a drive, Bread & Circus in Alexandria.
Is it OK to eat chocolate for breakfast?
Not chocolate from a block... I’m a nutritionist remember haha! But if you’re adding cacao into a smoothie, oats or healthy pancakes, go for it!

One mantra you live by
I have many and sometimes they change with different stages of my life. Here are a few: Just be you. Be the best version of you. You are the master of your destiny. You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress, simultaneously. I’m happy because I love who I am, I love my flaws, I love my imperfections, they make me me and “me” is pretty amazing.
